I got a blind referral for this area from a Realtor I "trusted back home"...
Like a few others, I was also an out of state transplant, first time homebuyer.
Jennifer helped me acclimate and understand how we would find thee home that accomplishes all i needed. To make her job even harder, I was on a very strict* timeline to close.
I dont have much to compare against as first timer, but i dont think i could have been luckier to get Jennifer working for and representing me. Wouldn't fathom looking elsewhere when it comes time to list.

Jennifer worked really hard on the sale of my house, she is very professional. Beautiful brochures and pictures. She put in time on open houses and helped to make it easy with 3 dogs, Jennifer always dresses the part of a very successful agent. My neighborhood was very impressed with her and her style.
Jennifer also sold me the house I just sold and has turned around and helped my buy ANOTHER house.

I don’t think we would have gotten this help without the knowledge and experience that Jennifer brought to the table.
The house we purchased had probably about a dozen offers and we were able to get our offer accepted for just the sellers asking price. In this market it’s unheard of. Also by the time we signed our contract we actually saved some more money.
The real point is Jen is very personable and makes sure you will understand all the steps of buying a home. She’ll be a great member to your house buying or selling team. She sold my other house in like a day with almost no effort on my part at all.
